
Deborah A. Traugh, RN, MS, NCTMB, CHt
Deb is the owner and director of the Centre for
Health and Wellness, a holistic health promotion center, in Bloomsburg,
PA. She has been involved with the use of complimentary modali ties
of healing for the past 20 years.
She has over 30 years of varied
clinical nursing experience in Psychiatric, Critical Care Shock Trauma,
Home Care, Hospice and Education. She is nationally certified in
massage and clinical and transpersonal hypnotherapy
She currently
utilizes the holistic modalities of Massage, Therapeutic Touch, Well-Springs,
Hypnosis, CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage and Reflexology
to assist her clients in reaching their health promotion goals. Deb
also does interspecies communication and pet massage. She utilizes
her hospice training and provides support and guidance to people
with dying animals.
Ginny Mazzei, MSW, RYT, NCTMB
Ginny
is a certified massage therapist and yoga/meditation teacher. In
her work with individual clients, she uses an approach that integrates
various healing modalities to enhance her clients awareness of the
body/mind connection, and help them find health and well-being physically,
emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Certified through the national
massage organization, NCBTMB, she offers Swedish and Deep Tissue
massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology, Thai Yoga Massage and
Lymphatic Drainage.
She also teaches yoga and meditation
to individuals and groups.
Ginny has been studying Yoga with the Himalayan Institute since 1991
and has
received additional training and certification in the therapeutic
applications of Yoga through the Integrative Yoga Therapy Program. She
is a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level with the national
Yoga Alliance and is a professional member of the International Association
of Yoga Therapists.
Kimberly Rigsbee
Kimberly Rigsbee, the founder of CHINERGY,
is an acupuncturist who earned her Masters Degree from the Traditional
Acupuncture Institute in Columbia, MD. The title Diplomate
in Acupuncture reflects her conformance to the high standards of
the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental
Medicine. Kimberly has recently joined the Centre for Health
and Wellness following a successful private practice in Annapolis,
MD. Ms. Rigsbee is licensed by the states of Maryland and
Pennsylvania, and previously served on the Board of the Maryland
Acupuncture Society. She is also certified as a Qigong and
meditation instructor, and is authorized to teach Qigong by Master
Li Jun Feng, the principle teacher of the International Sheng Zhen
Society. Currently, Kimberly is a Board member of Peaceable
Dragon in VA and a member of the National Qigong Association. Her
personal warmth and passion for Oriental Medicine create abundant
learning opportunities for her patients and students.
